We deliver to all districts and major cities across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
- Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Inside Dhaka: ৳80 (or as applicable)
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120 (or as applicable)
Shipping charges may change during promotional campaigns.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for most locations in Bangladesh. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if available) so you can track your parcel.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, it may be returned to us.
8. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

- Public holidays
- Political unrest
- Courier service disruptions
- Remote delivery locations
